Ingredients:

Eggs

Steps:
1.
Put a
few salt to the bowl.
2.
Add few
water and mix it until the salt is dissolved.
3.
Next,
crack the eggs and put it into the bowl.

And
then, beat the white and the yolk until mixed perfectly.

Next,
slice some garlics and leeks.
6.
Next,
put the sliced garlic and leek into the egg and beat it again.
7.
Then,
fire the stove and set a frying pan on it.
8.
When the
oil is heating, pour a few sliced garlic to the oil and wait until you can
smell the aroma.
9.
Once you
can smell it, pour the mixture to the pan.
10. When it looks like almost ripe. flip it to get both side
ripe.
