I got that in Britain there are three types if schools. There are state school, private school and public school. There are also some grade school, such as primary school, secondary school, comprehensive school, GCSE (General Cerficate of Secondary Education), sixth form, etc.

Fish Recipe: Prepping Salmon Sashimi

Summary: What was the listening selection about?
Sashimi, a simple traditional Japanese food is easy to made. Firstly, remove all bones from the salmon meat. Then remove the skin from the meat. You can throw the skin away, or you can use it to make other recipe. Cut the salmon meat from right to middle piece and make it into two piece. Then cut the rest of the meat into small pieces diagonally to make a perfect sashimi. You can eat the sashimi raw or you can put the sashimi to the fridge and wait it to be frozen.

Lemon Iced Tea Recipe, Iced Tea Recipe | Summer Drinks 🍹

Summary: What was the listening selection about?
The video taught me how to make good lemon iced tea. First thing first boil 4 cups of water. Add 2 tablespoons of dried tea leaves. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Stir it and turn off the stove. Strain the boiled tea leaves. And let the tea chill out. When waiting the to be chill, add ¼ cup of lemon juice and ½ cup of sugar to it then stir it again. Prepare a glass then put some ices and 2 slices of lemon. Pour the tea into the glass.
