Summary: What was the listening selection about?
Peoples usually mistaken using propotition to and for. Normal people doesn’t know the difference, but native speakers does. The “to” preposition use when there is a movement. No matter physical movement or not. You can also use “to” when telling the time and distance. Example: The supermarket is usually open from 4 a.m to 2 p.m. The “for” preposition use when you talking about duration, helping someone, and talking about the function of something.
