Summary: What was the listening selection about?

Preparing sushi seems to be easy tought, but it’s not as easy as you think! First, you should remove the fish scale. Then fillet the fish into small piece of meat. Smoke the meat for several minute then put it in cold water. After that put the meat to the boiling water until it change color to pale white. Then put it again to cold water. After that, pour the meat a little of soy sauce. Then put some washabi (if you like to). Because some people hate washabi. Last but not least, is rice. Rice is the sushi internal component. Make sure to give the cooked rice some vinegar, sugar and salt. Just put the rice on the meat that has been prepared and the sushi is ready to eat.

I learnt how to make a sushi. Making sushi is not as simple as people tought.
