The video explains on how to critics politely. When we critize someone, first we should use respect word. Like with respect, I’m going to be very honest with you, etc. With these words, you have told your interlocutor that you didn’t mean to offend him.

 I learnt many new words from the video. Also, I learnt how to ciritze someone without being rude. Everytime I critize someone, they became mad at me. After I watched the video, now I know what I’m doing wrong.
