Summary: What was the listening selection about?
Sashimi, a simple traditional Japanese food is easy to made. Firstly,
remove all bones from the salmon meat. Then remove the skin from the meat.
You can throw the skin away, or you can use it to make other recipe. Cut the
salmon meat from right to middle piece and make it into two piece. Then cut
the rest of the meat into small pieces diagonally to make a perfect sashimi.
